The meat was very tender and had the perfect amount of smoke in it. Loved the chioce of sauce flavors, went with the tangy, very good flavor with the pork. Had the potato salad and great smoked baked beans. Called my smoked pork tasting buddy to let him know this was the best tasting pork in louisville, hands down. He will be coming with me this Friday to try it out. Been to several all over town, best by far. Thanks for the great food!!
