This is Our twist on a Bloody Mary, It’s definitely “Special!” We start off with a shot of “Ol’ Major Bacon Bourbon”, a shot of Dill Pickle Vodka, our own Bloody Mary Mix, a dash of this and a dash of that, garnished with our signature rub on the rim, Celery stock, Bacon, olives, and to top it all off, one of our famous smoked chicken wings. 

This is a “Must Try” here at Shack in The Back BBQ.

This cocktail has everything that would remind you of home, especially if you grew up here in Kentucky. We start off with a shot of Four Roses Bourbon, a little touch of handcrafted maple simple syrup, aromatic bitters that elevate the subtle notes in the bourbon, top it off with Ale 8, garnished with a cinnamon stick and a few

sliced apples and a Bourbon Smoked Sugar rim. Getcha some!

This is not your average margarita. We carefully handcrafted this drink to perfection. We start with a shot of Tosco Tequila, our special margarita mix, a little bit of blackberry puree, hand shaken and poured over rocks. Garnished with a salt rim, blackberries, and a slice of lime. This cocktail is great all year round.

This drink came about when a customer from Wisconsin came to visit,  asking for a bourbon & ginger.  At the time, we didn't have ginger ale since we had just opened the bar that day. She and her husband both fell in love with this cocktail. Our in-house mixologist came up with this refreshing twist; 1 shot of Four Roses Kentucky Bourbon, 1/2 shot of Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur, a few squirts of simple syrup, then top it off with your choice of Ale 8 or Ale 8 Cherry.
